Raba Invest OÜ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LoanAny by Raba Invest application, which helps users discover and compare loan and related financial offers from partner institutions. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the app.

We do not collect personal data directly in LoanAny. When you tap or click an offer, you leave our app and are redirected to the website or digital channel of the relevant partner. Any information you enter, submit, or otherwise provide on that partner resource is collected and processed solely by that partner, under their own privacy policy and terms — not by us.

2. Our Role: Discovery App, Not a Data Controller of Partner Forms

LoanAny acts as a comparison and discovery channel. We present publicly available offer information and links. We do not operate partner application forms, do not receive the personal or financial details you provide to partners, and do not store those details on our systems.

Because partners independently collect data when you visit their resources, we include links to each partner’s Privacy Policy and Terms below. You should review those documents before submitting any information on a partner site.

3. Information You Provide to Partners

After you open an offer and land on a partner’s website or service:

• Any data you enter (for example name, contact details, identity information, income, or loan-related applications) is collected by that partner only.
• That partner decides how the data is used, stored, shared, and protected, according to their policies.
• We are not a party to that collection and are not responsible for partner data practices.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require registration to browse offers and do not collect account profiles, application forms, or personal identifiers through LoanAny for the purpose of processing loan or product applications. We do not sell personal data.

5. Optional Contact With Us

If you contact us directly (for example by email or phone about the app itself), we will use only the information you choose to send us to respond to your inquiry. We do not use that correspondence to process partner product applications.

6. Your Rights Regarding Partner-Held Data

Requests about personal data that a partner collected on their website or service (access, correction, deletion, etc.) must be directed to that partner, using the contact options in their Privacy Policy. We cannot access, correct, or delete data held only by partners.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
