By accessing or using the LoanAny by Raba Invest application operated by Raba Invest OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

LoanAny by Raba Invest helps users discover, compare, and evaluate financial offers (e.g., loan products and related services from partner financial institutions). We do not provide banking, lending, or credit services ourselves. We present information and links so you can open partner offers on the partners’ own websites or digital channels.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use the app. When you apply for a product on a partner’s site, that partner’s eligibility rules and requirements apply.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, systems, or other users' data.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code.
• Use the app to misrepresent yourself or to defraud others.

5. No Financial or Legal Advice

The content and comparisons in the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should seek advice from qualified professionals before making any financial decision. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information presented in the app.

6. Third-Party Offers, Partners, and Data

The app may display offers from third-party partners (e.g., banks and financial institutions in India). When you tap or click an offer, you leave LoanAny and are redirected to the partner’s website or service. From that point on, any data you enter or submit is collected and processed solely by that partner under their own Privacy Policy and Terms — not by us. We do not collect that application or form data directly.

Your relationship with each partner is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of third-party offers and are not responsible for the products, services, or data practices of partners. A list of partners and links to their Privacy Policies and Terms is provided below so you can review them before submitting information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the app (excluding third-party content) are owned by Raba Invest OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raba Invest OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from any third-party offers or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the updated terms in the app or on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
